Blunt Hook This item is a blunt hook made of nickel-plated steel, manufacture by "FANNIN DUBLIN", as reported by the engraving on one side of the hook. Some nickel is wearing off. This hook, along with other instruments such as sharp and blunt double hooks, are still used for tracheotomy procedures. 1900-1949
