Surgical Sutures in Tubes The white rectangular cardboard case contains two glass tubes, stored in two of the three slots of the case. The case appears very damaged, as well as the white label, with black ink writing: “IS Heat Sterilised Plastic Sutures. Each tube contains 14’’ fine Silkworm Gut on a No. -eye curved eyeless cutting needle. International Sutures Dublin, Eire.” Each clear glass tube contains liquid and the suture, along with a label saying “Licence No. 60 International Sutures Ltd Plastic Suture (Sterile).” 1925-1975
