  <dc:description>Small rectangular leather case, lined with textile (velvet and satin possibly), with another small compartment in the upper portion. Case contains syringe body and a separate detachable needle. It looks like there was supposed to be another needle present but is now missing. Parts of the syringe are burnt orange in colour. The plunger is stiff. The inner part of the glass body is in poor condition.</dc:description>
