De omnibus rebus et quibusdam aliis Notebook of Thomas C Burton, entitled 'De omnibus rebus et quibusdam aliis' and dated November 9 1833. The book contains miscellaneous notes made by Burton at different times. It includes a series of medical drawings made by Burton, some annotated and dated. There are also extracts taken from books, both medical and literary works, and a series of recipes and instructions for [silver nitrate photography]. At the back of the book is the draft of a letter or resolution and a page of accounts. The notebook was donated with the Macnamara papers although it is not clear if there is a connection between the Macnamara family and Thomas Burton, or how it came into the family's possession.
