Advocacy and Information The Advocacy and Information series contains the original IFPA files from their Advocacy and Information department. Advocacy covers both national and international, with a heavy focus on women's right to access safe and legal abortion services. Both the National and the International subsubseries list the organisations and institutions which the IFPA collaborated with and created, this includes their two youth groups in the 1980s and 1990s. Information covers a variety of topics from the abortion debate to women's health. The information subseries contains newspaper clippings, leaflets and publications. The aim of the original information files appears to have been to capture the Irish publics views, act as a research source and as source of knowledge for the staff and patients. 1973-2020
