  <dc:description>Hand seal of the President of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.  Ivory handle with circular metal die depicting the College's coat of arms - the celestial hand descending from a cloud with a crowned harp underneath - surrounded by the words (in reverse) "SIGILLUM PRAESIDIS COLLEGII MEDICORUM REGII HIBERNIAE".  Part of handle near metal die is damaged.  Accompanied by two samples of the seal, in red wax, backed by cardboard, one with a handwritten note stating "President's Seal".
