  <dc:title>King and Queen's College of Physicians in Ireland Seal Matrix</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Hand seal of the King and Queen's College of Physicians in Ireland (later RCPI).  Possibly the Registrar's seal.  Ivory handle with circular metal die depicting a shield in the centre with Hercules slaying the Hydra.  Underneath is the motto "INVIDET.ORCO".  Around the edge (in reverse) are the words "SIGILL:REGISTR:COLL:MED:REGIS:ET:REGIN:IN.HIB".  Accompanied by a small square of cardboard upon which is a sample of the seal, in red wax, and a handwritten note stating "The College Arms in use up to 1864".
