  <dc:title>Royal Victoria Hospital Bicentenary Commemorative Plaque</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Square-shaped, wooden wall plaque commemorating the bicentenary of the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast.  On the front upon dark blue material is a large, circular bronze disc depicting a doctor and nurse attending to a patient lying in bed.  Around the edge is inscribed "ROYAL VICTORIA HOSPITAL BICENTENARY/1797/1997".  The plaque is backed with dark blue felt and a metal bracket for hanging.  Also attached to the back is a photograph and short biography of the artist, John Bryson Martin (b. Groomsport, 1948), along with a description of how the plaque was created and care instructions.</dc:description>
