  <dc:title>Improved Syringe</dc:title>
<dc:description>The wooden box opens by lifting its hinged lid. Once opened, it reveals a purple velvet lining on the inside of the lid.
The main body of the case, also lined in purple velvet, contains compartments housing a brass syringe, a mesh-reinforced tube with brass tips, three ivory nozzles, and a wooden cup-shaped cap.
The brass syringe is engraved with the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom, featuring the unicorn and lion.
The set includes three ivory nozzles, each wrapped with cotton string near the screw-in end: two designed for enemas and one vaginal pipe, which has a closed, rounded, and blunt tip featuring tiny holes.
The case is fitted with a key lock; however, the key is missing.</dc:description>
