It contains iron (ferrous fumarate) to help carry oxygen in the blood, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) for energy and nerve health, L-lysine to support growth, Vitamin B1 (thiamine) and Vitamin B6 for overall health, and folic acid to help make red blood cells.</dc:description>
