  <dc:title>Notae generales de praescribendis formulis</dc:title>
<dc:description>Bound volumen containing manuscripts [lecture] notes on prescriptions.
Pencil annotation on fly leaf records that 'I can give no account of this m.s.- prehaps it may have belonged to old Dr Alex. Hailday who studied at Leyden about 80 years ago. 1837'. This followed by an inscription in pen recording the ownership of the volume by Dr Robert Travers in 1852.</dc:description>
