Transactions of the Committee of Nineteen The Committee of Nineteen was formed in 1838 from representative of both the Apothecaries' Hall of Dublin and other Dublin apothecaries. The committee was charged with 'the arrangement and furtherance of the proposed amended act for the better regulation of the Apothecary profession in Ireland'. 25 April 1838 - 20 January 1857
