Description | This file contains five letters from Innes H. Pearse, and one letter from George Scott Williamson,of the Pioneer Health Centre, dated between 3 May 1932-10 November 1933, concerning their efforts to fundraise in order to reopen the Pioneer Health Centre. Specifically, they were seeking Valentine's help to approach her cousin, Lord Drysart.
There is also a draft of a letter to Lord Dysart from Pearse, dated 28 April 1932, and a copy of a letter to Lord Dysart from Williamson, dated 7 November 1933, both concerning this matter. There are also two letters written in reply to Pearse from Wilfred Praeger (written on behalf of Lord Dysart), dated 30 April 1932 & 6 November 1933.
